The hotel is conveniently located on Main road Ranchi, making it easy to visit other restaurants and shopping centers. The rooms were spacious and nicely equipped with essential amenities, although mine wasn't ready until after the expected check-in time. The service was exceptional, with a responsive and cooperative staff who even opened the outdoor pool for us during winter maintenance. A good place to stay for business trips to Jamshedpur or Bokaro.

I was impressed by the opulent lobby and reception area, although there was a slight smoky smell at first. The upgrade to a suite was a nice touch, and the rooms turned out to be cozy and comfortable. The service was generally friendly and helpful, although I wished there had been more information about the food menu and servings. The location, close to important places and with cooperative staff, made my stay very convenient. The dining experience was overall nice, especially the breakfast, despite the mostly vegetarian options. Overall, a good value for a 5-star experience.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were good and clean, staff was very helpful, and the pool area, although not ready on time, was spacious with all necessary amenities and even offered fruits and detox water.
